Field Service Support

TC Power’s field service support team is made up of highly skilled, experienced, competent and dedicated professional’s supporting our customers needs 24/7.

To achieve this objective our customers are allocated a dedicated engineer and a Customer Account Manager (CAM). Our team works closely with customer’s to ensure proactive and effective communications and a response mechanism in meeting the contractual level of preventative maintenance and support.

The positive feed-back received from site personnel has been reassuring and reflects on the professionalism of the individuals involved.

When practical this is achieved by the appointed engineer making regular courtesy visits to the customer’s site and monthly meetings held between the customer, the assigned TC Power CAM and appointed  Engineer. This approach has proven to be an effective method of working with our customer’s and has received much praise and appreciation with the reduction of their operating costs.

Multi-disciplined Skill Base

Our engineers are trained and experienced in controls and mechanical skills disciplines relating to a wide range of gas turbine makes and models. By training each engineer to be proficient in both skills this effectively increases our on-site performance and minimises customer downtime.

Working Practices and HSE

All contracted work is carried out in accordance with the OEM’s guidelines and procedures. When working at our customer’s sites all working practices and policies are strictly observed.

TC Power also ensure compliance by all its employees with its own HSE protocols, policies and working practices/procedures in the form of controlled documents kept fully up to date on our “Extranet” system.     

Quality Assurance

Our Quality System complies with the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and has been accredited by Lloyds Register. As part of the registration program and to ensure continued compliance our Management System is continually assessed by internal audits and six monthly assessments by LRQA.  

Equipment and Tooling

TC Power possesses a large comprehensive range of tooling and equipment to furnish the field service team with everything they need to get the job done efficiently and safely. All equipment is strictly controlled and maintained to a high standard and calibration. TC Power currently use the latest videoscope technology for all remote visual inspections of the inside of customers turbines.
